Each storage location in the storage section is displayed with a card, containing basic information about the storage location. The information, which you will also need to locate the specific storage from the search field at the top of the screen, includes the storage name and references the actual storage spot in the lab.
Each of these card is also labeled with the signal element, located on the top left side of the card. This signal element is a sign of an alarm status. There are three possible alarm statuses available, which are based on alarms of listed chemicals in the lab:
- Green light (no active alarms in the stock)
- Yellow light (20% to the stock alarm or the expiration date alarm)
- Red light (alarm is active, check the chemical details for further informations)
The signal element on the storage location card will change its color to yellow or red when at least one of those products has an alarm turned on.
If you click on the arrow on the right side of the storage location card, you can see all the products - chemicals and labware - within the storage location. Product cards within the storage location cards include the name of the product and its specific quantity, located on the left side of the product cards as well as informations about the alarm statuses of this specific products. The meaning of signal colours is the same as the meaning of signal colours on the storage location cards, mentioned in the previous paragraph.
To access more information about the chemical, click on the arrow on the right side of the product card. This action will take you to the "Chemical Detail" screen, where you can also manage certain properties of your lab inventory.
