In addition to an overview of Users details, this user database management interface offers a range of options to efficiently handle your user database. The following features are available to ensure seamless management:
- Edit User: This option enables you to make modifications to user information as needed. You can update user profiles, such as contact details, roles, permissions, or any other relevant data. This ensures that user records remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Add User: With the "Add User" functionality, you can easily create new user profiles and add them to the database. By inputting the required information, such as name, email, username, and assigning appropriate roles and permissions, you can swiftly integrate new members into your user community.
- Delete User: When a user account becomes obsolete or is no longer needed, the "Delete User" option allows you to remove the corresponding profile from the database. This ensures the database remains streamlined and only includes active users, reducing clutter and maintaining data integrity.
Edit User
When you click on a specific user from the user list, a dedicated page opens up, providing you with a comprehensive view of the user's details. This user details page presents a user-friendly form where you can not only view but also make changes to the following information:
- Username
- Password
- First Name
- Last name
Additionally, you can also define following informations:
- Location Restrictions: refers to the limitations of user's access to certain areas or facilities within the system. This can be helpful in managing access to sensitive areas or equipment.
- Role: the level of access and permissions granted to the user in the system. The role can vary from user to admin, depending on the level of access required.
- User Code: unique code assigned to the user, which can be used to identify them within the system. This code can be used for various purposes such as logging time, tracking usage, etc.
To confirm changes, press the button "Save" on the right bottom of the form.

Add User
In addition to viewing and editing user details, you also have the convenience of adding new users to the system. To do so, simply locate the "Add User" button below the list of existing users. Clicking on this button will open a page with a similar form for you to input specific information about the new user.
Delete User
In the event that you need to remove a user from the system, you have the option to do so by simply clicking on the "Delete User" button located at the bottom right of the user's profile form. This command is designed to permanently delete the specific user from the system, ensuring that their information and access privileges are completely removed.
