The "Edit Alarm" function serves as a versatile tool that empowers users with the capability to modify specific details pertaining to an existing alarm. Within the confines of the "Edit Alarm" page, users encounter a following array of fields that facilitate the customization of alarm attributes. These encompass:
- Alarm name (e.g., "10 days before," "Alarm 30%," "Less than half")
- Value (in days or in percentage, based on the Alarm type)
- Description (additional insights, clarifications, or contextual information)
The Alarm Type field cannot be changed later, as it needs to be defined during the creation of an alarm.
After completing the required information, users can confirm their alarm settings by clicking the "Save" button located on the right side of the page. If an alarm is no longer necessary or needed, it can be easily deleted by clicking "Delete Alarm" button positioned on the left side of the "Save" button. However, it's important to note that alarms assigned to specific items cannot be deleted due to their integral role in maintaining accurate tracking and management.

The Agitron Pregl Dashboard offers the option to toggle between two types of alarms, each triggered by different parameters: expiry date alarms serve as reminders that certain items are nearing their expiration and require attention or replacement. This ensures that your lab or facility maintains a stock of fresh and effective materials, mitigating the risk of errors or failures caused by expired chemicals or equipment. Conversely, quantity percentage alarms send notifications when the quantity of a specific substance falls below a certain threshold, signaling the need for restocking due to low levels.
