In Equipment section you have an option to book lab's equipment and add service. You can also see the history of latest bookings and services.
The search function in the Equipment section allows users to easily search through all registered equipment, making it simple to locate specific items. Once an item has been located, users can view a short overview of the latest bookings and the name of the user who made the booking by clicking on the arrow on the left side of the equipment name.
Arrow on the left side of the equipment name will give you the short overview of all latest bookings and the name of user, who made a booking. If you want to se more specific informations about the equipment, click on the button with registered equipment name.

Under the tab Equipment details you will find following informations about the equipment:
- Brand - manufacturer/producer of the associated equipment.
- Model - specific model designation of the equipment, enabling you to distinguish between various iterations and iterations for precise identification.
- Serial Number - unique serial number which serves as an unequivocal identifier that aids in tracking and traceability.
- Warranty - warranty associated with the equipment, providing you with crucial information regarding its coverage period and terms.
If you want to add a service for this equipment, press the button Add Service on the bottom of the screen. If you want to edit specific data about the equipment, press the button Edit Equipment below the button mentioned above. Under this section you can also optionally add Certificates and External links.
Every equipment has its own device - digital screen. If you want to change the equipment template, you can do so under the section Edit Equipment. You can also check the status of device, that is connected to the equipment.
In a case, you want to save changes, press button Save. If you want to delete Equipment, select button Delete Device.
Adding a new equipment is available in Settings (see the section Settings/Equipment).

In a case of emergency service select Order an Emergency Service on the bottom of the screen.
