To book an equipment, follow these simple steps:

1. From the equipment list in the equipment section choose an item you want to book.
2. On the "Equipment Details" screen, navigate to the "Latest Bookings" section.
3. Here, you'll find a list of upcoming bookings for this equipment, with dates marked on the calendar.
4. Browse through the dates and select the one you desire, ensuring it's not already reserved by another user.
5. Click the "Add booking" button to proceed.
6. A pop-up list will appear, allowing you to confirm your reservation by inserting the desired time of your booking.

Bookings can be either one-time events or periodic reservations. If you opt for a one-time booking, you will need to specify only the start time and end time of the reservation. Once entered, simply click the "Add Booking" button. However, if you prefer a recurring booking, in addition to the start and end times, you'll need to specify the days of the week for which you want the reservation to repeat. Don't forget to select both the start and end dates for your recurring booking as well.

There is also an option to include notes with your booking. There are three message fields available for adding notes, and you can choose to fill all of them, two of them, one of them, or none at all. If you decide not to add any notes, it will be considered as if you did not include any comments with your booking.

To access and modify notes go to the "Equipment booking" screen and simply click the arrow next to the name of the person who made the booking. In the event that there are no notes, you'll see a message that reads: "No notes available at this time."

Please note that only the person who initially booked the equipment has the authority to delete or edit the booking.

You can easily spot scheduled services on the calendar as they are highlighted in a muted gray color. Detailed information about these services, including their date and type, is provided below the calendar. Please note that on days when a service is scheduled, you won't be able to make reservations for that specific equipment as the booking buttons will be disabled. While you can still access booking details, you won't be able to make any changes on these service dates.
