Within Warehouse history, users can quickly view all the transfers between labs, material movements, and archiving actions. The type of actions can be identified from the column named "Mode."
There are four possible types of material actions that can be viewed through Warehouse history:
1. Create Material: The user and date of creation are visible.
2. Transfer Material: Indicates the portion of the material which is transferred to another lab or location. The lab to which the material is transferred is indicated in parentheses.
3. Move Material: Indicates the action of moving the entire unit of chemical or labware to another location. The new location is listed in the "Location" section.
4. Archive Material: The chemical or labware is no longer in use due to being broken, spilled, or similar reasons. If the user entered a specific reason during the archiving process, this comment will appear in the last row of the Warehouse history.
