Chemical list is a collection of different chemical cards, which gather all the basic informations about the specific products in your lab. Each chemical has a card with unique properties and represent a physical chemical in the lab. If physical chemicals are not added to the system, the chemical card is not displayed (if you want to add lab inventory, go to: Settings - Stock - Add chemical stock).
Listed informations on the Card - Parent Stock Item
Chemical card gathers all the basic informations about the chemical. Each of these card is labeled with the signal element, located on the top left side of the card. This signal element is a sign of an alarm status. There are three possible alarm statuses available, which are based on alarms of listed chemicals in the lab:
- Green light (no active alarms in the stock)
- Yellow light (20% to the stock alarm or the expiration date alarm)
- Red light (alarm is active, check the chemical details for further informations)
Besides signal element, chemical card displays following data about the chemical:
- A - Item Name: Name or description of the chemical or labware item for easy identification.
- B - Quantity in Stock: Current available quantity of the chemical or labware item within the stock.
- C - Brand: Brand or manufacturer associated with the chemical or labware item.
- D - SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Unique identification number or code assigned to a specific chemical or labware item.

Listed informations on the Card - Child Stock Item
Each of these parent chemicals can have child chemicals, which are the variations of parent chemicals with different LOT numbers, quantities, packagings, alarms and can be assigned to different storages. Besides signal element on the left side of the card, child chemicals showcase following informations:
- E - Quantity in Stock: Current available quantity of the child chemical or labware item within the stock.
- F - LOT: Unique identifier which helps with traceability and quality control.
- G - Location: Specific area or section within the storage facility where this instance of the chemical can be found.

Scan Code
The "Scan Code" button activities the devices camera or barcode scanner. With the scan option you can directly scan the "Pregl Digital Smart Sticker" to open the specific items details.
When the scan screen is activated, you can point the camera or barcode scanners light to the Smart Sticker, when the code is recognized automatically the detail screen is loaded.
