The stock section houses all the chemicals and labware present in your laboratory. Within this section, users have the ability to both add and withdraw specific quantities of items. Additionally, properties like SKU, Brand, LOT, CAS, Internal ID, Smart Sticker, and Hazard or Precautionary statements related to lab inventory can be modified. The stock section also includes features such as Expiration and Quantity alarms. These alarms can be configured to notify users when chemical or labware quantities reach a minimum threshold or when their expiration dates are approaching.

Stock section is divided into two sections - "Chemicals" and "Labware." This division helps users to search and manage lab inventory more effectively. In order to switch between these sections, click the desired tab at the top of the screen. Every section compiles a list of items displayed as cards, containing key information about the products. Chemicals list gathers all the chemicals in the stock. For easier searching, utilize the Stock filter situated at the top of the screen.

Stock Filter

You can search through all the chemicals in the Stock using the search field. The basic filter at the top of the page narrows down your search results by laboratory. For a more specific filter, click the blue filter button on the right side of the search field. This option enables you to search for chemicals based on their storage assignment, expiration date, and quantity in stock. Chemicals can be located by utilising the following properties:

• Chemical name
• SKU
• Catalog number
• LOT
• CAS

To remove a filter from your search results, simply click the "X" button on the right side of the search field.
