Device Card
The Pregl digital screen subpage is a helpful tool that provides users with a comprehensive overview of all the devices that are registered under their account. By accessing this subpage, users can quickly access important information related to each device such as its name, location, and status, visible on the device card itself.

The device card will display the following information:
A - CARD: The card shows summary information about the device itself and its configuration. By clicking on the tab it is possible to expand the data display. By clicking on the "Open" button you can also configure the device or view detailed data.
B - STATUS: The status of the device is displayed. The device sends a "heartbeat" to the system every 30 seconds.
- Green - The device is operating within the intended parameters.
- Red - The device has not sent the expected "heartbeat", the device is not responding, is switched off or is malfunctioning.
- Grey - The device is not registered in the system and is not checked for a "heartbeat".
C - TRANSACTION STATUS: The status is related to the communication/translation with the device. There are four possible statuses:
- Complete - All transactions are confirmed
- Refreshing - Last transaction is being processed, it is being refreshed, this status is in real time with a time limit of 5 minutes
- Error - Device was not reachable and/or last transaction was unsuccessful
- Registered - Last transaction
D - PRODUCT: The currently bound product on the device is displayed, regardless of the binding method (Product/Planogram).
E - TEMPLATE: Displays the current variation of the "Template" template on the device, regardless of the binding mode (Product/Planogram).
F - LABORATORY/VENUE: The location where the device is physically located is displayed.
G - DEVICE: The model of device is displayed.
H - SERIAL NUMBER - The serial number of the device is displayed.
I - CONNECTION STABILITY - Indication of the stability of the connection. Four statuses are possible:
- Perfect - The connection is functioning optimally.
- Standard - Connection is working, with no critical errors
- Poor - Signal is in critical range, device will work but will affect speed, data errors and power consumption No network
- Device is offline
J - BATTERY LIFE: The current battery status is displayed. Depending on the device model, a battery life prediction is also displayed (Battery life is calculated based on daily data and is approximate.) Battery life is affected by signal strength, air temperature, communication intervals and refresh cycles.
Digital Screen Preview
To get a closer look at a particular device, users can click on its corresponding device card. Doing so will reveal a preview of the device template, which displays how the device will appear on the screen. This feature can be particularly useful for users who want to customize their device display or need to identify a specific device quickly.
Upon finalizing any desired alterations to the digital card, users may select the "Manual refresh" button to promptly display the changes on the screen.
