If you see the transaction completed and the device is pinging online, follow these steps:
1. Error Detection - Battery and Power Check
Ensure the battery cover is fixed, and the device is powered on. You can verify this using the NFC function. If NFC is not working, the device is not functioning properly.
Solution
Check the battery. When the device boots, a blue light should flash for 1-2 seconds. In rare cases, the battery might be damaged, causing the device to malfunction. Replace the battery if necessary.
2. Error Detection - Screen Issues
The device is online, and the transaction is completed, but the image is not refreshing or updating correctly. There are also strange lines on the screen.
Solution
The screen is likely physically damaged. Replace or service the device.
3. Error Detection - Image Not Updating
The device is online, and the transaction is completed, but the image is not refreshing or updating at all.
Solution
In rare cases, the battery might be damaged, causing the device to malfunction. Replace the battery to ensure data is transmitted correctly to the Cloud.
4. Error Detection - Intermittent Blue Light
The device is online, and the transaction is completed, but the image is not refreshing or updating at all. However, the blue light flashes for 1-2 seconds when the update should occur.
