In the history section, users can track all modifications made to services or equipment by different users throughout its history. The changes are neatly organized in a table, providing detailed information about each update. The latest changes are positioned at the top, while the initial data entry is found at the bottom. The service or equipment mode indicated in the first entry data is consistently marked as "created."
For users with a Freemium account, only the most recent 10 changes in the history will be visible. To access the entire history, consider upgrading to a Premium account.
Equipment history
Explore the detailed history of changes made to registered equipment pieces. Users can readily access information about the date and time of modifications, as well as the user responsible for the changes.
Changes in equipment history occur under the following circumstances:
- Creation: equipment can exclusively be created in the settings section (with options for further adjustments on the Edit Equipment page). This status occurs only once in the history of equipment – at the beginning.
- Archiving or Unarchiving: the equipment history may feature multiple instances of archiving and unarchiving statuses. When archiving equipment, users can insert comments to provide extra context, like specifying reasons such as "Not used" or "Sold."
- Movement: equipment may be relocated, for instance, from one lab to another.

On the equipment history screen in the picture above, we can observe that the equipment was created on 02.11.2019 by user Miha Primerek. It was relocated from location LAB 1 to location LAB 2 on 02.11.2021 by user Janez Novak and subsequently archived due to non-usage ("Not used", as indicated in the comment). On 01.11.2022, the same user unarchived the machine, which was then archived again after being sold one month later.
Service history
Service history displays all service modifications within the system. Changes in the service history take place under the following circumstances:
- Archiving or Unarchiving: change in the service mode. The comments left during the service archiving process also change when a service is moved to the archived status.
- Type of service: when the service type is switched from one category to another (for instance, from "Calibration" to "Regular"), these changes will be reflected in the service history list.
- Appointment date and/or time: any change in the date and/or time of the appointment will be visible on the service history table.
Users can also check the changes in Service Status, although changes to this status can only be made upon completion of the service (archiving).

In the service history depicted in the image above, we observe that the service was created on 11.06.2022 at 10:34 by user Janez Novak. Subsequently, the service type was modified from "Calibration" to "Regular" by the same user. On 02.11.2022, Janez Novak further adjusted the appointment time from 12:30-15:30 to 07:15-08:15. The service was successfully completed the following day with a service status "Done", when Janez Novak concluded the service and added a comment: "Service successful!"
