The Service List compiles a record of all services performed on a particular piece of equipment. Click the "Service List" button at the top of each registered equipment in the system to access it.
If there are changes in service status, date and/or time of appointment, service mode, or type, the data on the Service List will update accordingly. However, the changes won't be visible on the list. For detailed information about service changes, navigate to the Service history. Click on the specific service in the Service List or go to the service tab and locate the corresponding service.
In the image below, the Seqstudio Genetic Analyzer had four completed services in its history, all of them are completed, finished. Three of these services were successfully completed, as indicated in the last column's comments. These comments can be left when users mark the service as Done/Archive on the Edit service page.

Users can find the following information about the service here:
- Contractor: The name of the service contractor.
- Appointment: The time scheduled for the service appointment.
- Service Mode: If the service is ongoing, it will be marked as "Unarchived"; if completed, it will be marked as "Archived".
- Type: The specific type of service ("Regular", "Emergency", "Calibration" or "Other").
- Service Status: If the service is completed without issues, users will mark it as "Done." In case of any issues (e.g., service cancellation), users can choose "Not Done." In this scenario, the service will be archived and labeled as completed (Note: the service can always be unarchived later on the Service details page).
- Comment: Users have the option to leave comments when completing the service using the "Done/Archive" button on the service details page.
