-
Alarm Name: The alarm name you provide will be displayed in the configuration of the stock item, making it easy to identify.
-
Description: The description field is meant for internal use only and will not be visible in the stock item configuration, serving as a reference for your team.
-
Value: Depending on the alarm type chosen, configure the alarm value in days for "Expiration Date" alarms or in a percentage for "Quantity Percentage" alarms.
Edit Alarm
If you wish to modify the properties of an alarm, follow these steps in the Pregl Digital app:
-
Select the "Edit Alarm" option, which can be found beneath the "Add Alarm" button.
-
Initially, you will be presented with a list of all alarms that have been previously added to the system. Choose the specific alarm you intend to edit.
-
You can make changes to all fields except for the alarm type.
-
If you no longer require a particular alarm, you can delete it by clicking on the "Delete Alarm" button.
Attention: Attempting to delete an alarm that is currently assigned to one or more stock items will result in an error. In this case, you must first detach all stock items from the alarm you wish to delete, and only then will it be possible to remove the alarm from the system.
